On July 29, 2025, the opening ceremony of the “Shandong Week” at the China Pavilion of the Osaka World Expo and the “Dialogue with Shandong – Japan-Shandong Industrial Cooperation and Exchange Conference” commenced in Osaka. Chen Ping, Vice Governor of the People’s Government of Shandong Province; Hikaru Nagano, Executive Director of the International Bureau of the Japan World Expo Association; Xue Jian, Consul General of China in Osaka, and other Chinese and Japanese dignitaries attended and delivered speeches. Ji Mingjian, General Manager of Shandong Superwatt Power Tech Co., Ltd., a representative high-end equipment manufacturer in Shandong Province, led a delegation to the conference and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hiromichi Iida, Director of the Overseas Sales Department of the Kubota Engine Division, marking a new stage in the cooperation between the two parties in the power equipment sector.

Witnessed by the Shandong Provincial Delegation and over 600 Chinese and Japanese guests, SWT General Manager Ji Mingjian and Kubota Engine Division Overseas Sales Director Hiromichi Iida jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

Going forward, the two parties will deepen their collaboration in areas such as technology research and development, market expansion, and resource sharing. Kubota will provide SWT with engine technology optimization support, and they will jointly develop solutions for the next generation of high-efficiency power units.
