TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

The R&D center is responsible for the development of new products, optimization of original products and improvement of production process. We have a total of nearly 40 technicians who can optimize new products and develop technical support for special projects and customized products.

SHEET-METAL WORKING

Sheet metal workshop is equipped with mast, chassis and canopy processing line, with heavy-duty hydraulic shearing machine, laser cutting machine, CNC bending machine, heavy CNC hydraulic bending machine, CNC punch press ordinary plate shears, common punching machine and other large sheet metal processing equipment, as well as sandblasting room, spray painting room, such as surface treatment facilities.

ASSEMBLE

The assembly workshop consists of two standard generator set assembly lines and one assembly line for customized & large-scale generator set line and one lighting tower assembly line.

QUALITY INSPECTING

Our company conducts inspection for each incoming material, the production process with the corresponding base frame fuel tank pressure test, salt mist test after the painting processing. We have specialized 6 testing rooms, which can satisfy the testing for various power size generator sets.
